This is Seoul at its most timeless. Start the morning at Gwanghwamun Square beside the statue of King Sejong, then enter Gyeongbokgung Palace — Korea's grandest royal compound — just in time for the 10:00 guard-changing ceremony. Rent a traditional hanbok at the east gate (palace entry is free in hanbok) and walk the immaculately restored courtyards before the tour-bus crowds arrive.

After lunch at a halal-friendly restaurant near Insadong, your driver takes you uphill through the narrow tile-roofed lanes of Bukchon Hanok Village — the most-photographed neighbourhood in Korea — then winds back down to the galleries and tea houses of Insadong, before a leisurely stroll along the Cheonggyecheon stream to finish the day.

Tip: The guard ceremony runs at 10:00 and 14:00 daily. We time the morning route to catch the first ceremony — ask your guide for a front-row position.

We were 11 people with three grandparents and a stroller. The Solati made it effortless — the driver even found us a halal Korean BBQ near Myeongdong that we'd never have found ourselves. The guide caught the guard ceremony perfectly, front row spot!

DMZ & Imjingak Border Day Tour

3rd Infiltration TunnelWalk inside North Korea's secret tunnel
Dora ObservatoryBinoculars view into North Korea
Expert guideIn-depth Cold War history explained
Tue–Sun onlyEarly 07:30 departure required

The Korean Demilitarized Zone is the world's most heavily fortified border — a 4km-wide strip of land that has been frozen in time since 1953. One hour north of Seoul, it is also one of the most extraordinary places you can visit in Asia, and doing it in your own private van means no rushing, no headset tours and no forty-person groups at the tunnel entrance.

Your licensed guide explains the division, the war and what reunification would mean today — contextually and without bias. The 3rd Tunnel (discovered 1978) runs 73 metres underground. The Dora Observatory looks directly over the fence into North Korea's Kaesong city. The Freedom Bridge carries the weight of 70 years of history in a single railway span.

Important: DMZ entry requires a licensed Korean tour guide and USFK visitor policy compliance. Passports must be carried. No photography inside the tunnel. We handle all permits in advance.

We were 11 people with three grandparents and a stroller. The Solati made it effortless — the driver even found us a halal Korean BBQ near Myeongdong that we'd never have found ourselves.

Booked for our sales team after the COEX exhibition. Punctual every morning, invoice issued the same week, and the Gangnam evening route was a great way to close the trip.

Gwanghwamun in the morning, Nami Island the next day. Everything on WhatsApp in clear English, and the price we were quoted was exactly the price we paid.

All rates are per van, not per person — USD 330 for a 10-hour day inside Seoul, USD 380 for a 10-hour day to the suburbs (Nami Island, Everland, etc.), for up to 15 people at the same price. Smaller groups pay the same van rate, so the per-person cost drops as your group grows. Driver tip and guide fee are not included in the van rate and are paid separately.

The vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, highway tolls, the driver's own meals and accommodation on multi-day trips, and bottled water. Not included (paid separately): parking fees, driver tip, your meals, attraction tickets and an optional licensed guide upgrade (guide fee USD 200–400/day) — all of which we can pre-book for you.

Yes, and it is planned into the route rather than improvised. We route through halal-certified restaurants in Itaewon, Myeongdong and Dongdaemun, and schedule stops at Seoul Central Mosque or department-store prayer rooms. Just tell us when you book.

Yes. We offer meet-and-greet arrivals with a name board at the arrival gate, flight-delay monitoring at no extra charge, and direct transfer to your hotel — or straight into a half-day tour if your check-in is late.

Rates: adding airport pickup or drop-off to a day tour is USD 70; booking a standalone round-trip (pickup + drop-off, no tour) is USD 200.

Once your booking is confirmed, pay a 20% deposit within 24 hours by international card or bank transfer to lock it in. The remaining 80% is paid in cash (KRW/USD) on the day of your tour. No deposit is required just to receive a quote. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup; inside 48 hours a partial fee applies because the vehicle is already blocked for you.

English is standard on every booking — all our drivers are English-speaking.
